Hardening
Ability and facility of doing hardening of various carbon and alloy steels with varying section thickness from 1 mm to 200 mm. Carbon steels like SAE 1030 , SAE1045, SAE1050 SAE 1060 , EN 8, EN 9 and CK45,C50, C40 etc. Alloy steels like SAE 4140, SAE 4340, SAE 52100, EN 18, EN19, EN24 and 16MnCr5 etc.
Toughening
Ability and facility of doing Toughen of various carbon and alloy steels with varying section thickness from 1 mm to 200 mm. Carbon steels like SAE 1030 , SAE1045, SAE1050 SAE 1060 , EN 8, EN 9 and CK45,C50, C40 etc. Alloy steels like SAE 4140, SAE 4340, SAE 52100, EN 18, EN19, EN24 and 16MnCr5 etc. The above steels are able to toughen to the conditions like R, S, T AND W required metallurgical structure to meet the end applications.
Carbo Normalizing & Carbo-Nitro Normalizing
This is the combined process of carburizing and Normalizing, Carbo-nitriding and Normalizing. We are doing this through integral furnace. After this process parts will be machined and rehardened to get the required hardness on the selective location of the parts. This is one of the selective hardening special processes for geometrically critical parts, where the different types of loads acting on single component.
Carbon Restoration
Addition of carbon to the surface of components on Forged and Cast part to equal the base metal carbon and surface carbon.
Case Hardening – Carburizing
Facility to do carburizing from 0.1 mm to 2.5 mm case depth on different section sizes and different geometry with desired metallurgical properties. We are doing carburizing on alloys steels like SAE 8620, 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5, SCM 415 etc., also, we are having hot oil quench to process dimensionally critical part to minimize the distortion. We are able to give shrinkage and distortion as low as possible to the extent of 10 microns. We are specialist in doing selective carburizing by means masking of parts and using anti-carburizing paste.
Case Hardening – Carbo-Nitriding
Facilities to do carbonitriding from 0.07 to 0.6 mm case depth on difference types of components like Gears, sleeves, shafts and sheet metal parts. We are doing carbonitriding on automotive precision parts to OEMS
